Polar Bear Triathlon

Robert and Matt recently competed in the Polar Bear Triathlon (7k run, 30k bike?, and 400m swim?), held at WSMR. Despite the cold both had a great time and Matt came in 3rd in his AG! Email me for full results.

New York Marathon

Congratulations to Addy Bhasker for doing great at the NY Marathon. She was 12th in her age group with a 3:35:59 time, way to go!

• Cycling (MTB): Sunday 10 AM (no-drop), meet at Spoke-N-Word.
• Running: Sunday social run, meet at Tech pool parking lot, 8 AM Sundays .
